A dated bathroom with worn wall tile and an alcove tub was taken back to the studs. The scope covered demolition, substrate repair, a waterproofed walk-in shower, large-format porcelain wall tile, and a new wood vanity.

The original bath had a cracked tub surround and vinyl flooring. We installed marble-look wall tile, a hexagon stone floor, a freestanding tub, and a new vanity with updated lighting.

A compact half bath was reworked with plaster walls, a herringbone floor, a floating stone-top vanity, and brass fixtures. Layout and tile selection carried most of the result.

Handmade zellige tile was set behind the range over a prepared and leveled wall, with tight grout joints and finished edges at the cabinet returns.
